Well it looks like the adverse weather may be subsiding – famous last words! We are proud to say that we have managed to maintain our work levels and services with only very minimal disruption. All our engineers were briefed and provided with additional tools, sand and snow chains to enable them to stay mobile. We communicated to all staff to make sure all our drainage and emergency plumbing vans were parked sensibly and close to main roads to enable easy access.
All office staff were also all present to enable our phones to be answered and our logistics and admin to be managed correctly.
We would like to thank all our staff for their continued commitment and flexibility in these difficult circumstances, their efforts and determination is appreciated.
